I began my career in banking in 1991 and transitioned into residential mortgage lending in 1999. Over the past three decades, I have advised thousands of clients, delivering customized analysis and tailored lending strategies aligned with their individual financial objectives. While I assist homebuyers and homeowners across all life stages, my practice has become highly specialized in divorce-related mortgage financing.

Through years of direct experience, I have seen how the disconnect between the residential mortgage industry and the family law community can negatively impact divorcing homeowners. A legal solution that appears sound on paper does not always translate into a viable lending outcome.
